Due to the nature of books and printed materials, all sales are final. However, if a book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@thesandboxseries.com.

Damaged or defective items may be eligible for replacement at our discretion. Photographs of damaged items may be requested.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our part.
